Makeover of the Sautee Nacoochee History Museum

Beginning spring 2024, all museum artifacts will be cataloged and stored in preparation for the renovation project. We've enlisted the expertise of HW Exhibits, a museum exhibit design and build firm, to craft brand new exhibits, cases, and interpretive panels. This will take our visitor experience to the next level.

With a focus on incorporating audiovisual components, the goal is to create an immersive, interactive journey for all who walk through our doors.

Join us for "A New Chapter Begins: Honoring Our Past, Embracing Our Future". This reception will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024 from 5pm to 8pm. It will be a unique opportunity to say farewell to the old museum while getting an exclusive sneak peek at the plans for the future.
