Celebrate the Arts is an annual day of performing arts for school children in White and Habersham counties. Over 800 children and their teachers experience five different performances on the campus of the Center. Music, magic, dance and drummers entertain and educate. Historically an event for children with disabilities, Celebrate the Arts became inclusive in 2008. Many of the performers are artists with disabilities.
The field trip combines character education and disability awareness in an arts infused learning environment. Forty plus volunteers and the school systems make this event possible.
