The Sautee Nacoochee Center is proud to sponsor this first ever Twelve Rivers Art Festival on our historic campus! Located in the beautiful mountains of Northeast Georgia, Sautee Nacoochee has for several years been acclaimed as one of “The Best Small Arts Towns in America.” The Sautee Nacoochee Center campus has a 1927 restored brick schoolhouse which houses an art gallery, history museum and small theatre. Also on campus are the Northeast Georgia Folk Pottery Museum, a restored slave cabin and an historic gymnasium where many activities and performances take place. The 12 Rivers Art Festival is juried and open to all artists. A maximum of 100 artists will be accepted to exhibit and sell their original work in various Mediums. Artists will be accepted through a jury process and will receive acceptance notification the first week in April 2010. Space fee will be refunded only if artist is not accepted.
