For more than 20 years, the Sautee Nacoochee Community Association has been a focal point in the lives of residents of north Georgia. Located in an historic schoolhouse built in 1928, we are home to a variety of quality arts programs including community theatre, original acoustic music concerts, visual and performing arts classes, an environmental advocacy program, and instructional programs for adults and children. Our Center also houses a regional History Museum, a Gallery showing works by regional artists and an Art Studio offering adult art classes year-round. The scenic eight-acre campus features a walking trail, sports fields, and a children's playground. Membership in the Sautee Nacoochee Community Association is an invitation for you to participate in year-round cultural activities at the Sautee Nacoochee Center. While you dont have to be a member to use our grounds or to attend events, many local residents as well as friends from all over the world support the Association through annual membership dues. Membership dues are used to support the array of quality programs that offer experiences in the arts, history, and the environment. All members receive a Bi-Monthly Newsletter, 10% discount on Facility Rentals, 10% discount on Summer Camps, Discount Prices on Classes, FREE ADMISSION to Folk Pottery Museum, and “Evening Star” Season Ticket Prices.
