Evening Star Radio Show
Begins Fifth Year
on GPB
The Evening Star Radio Show will once again be featured statewide
on Georgia Public Radio in 2008. We’ll be part of a brand new
series called "GPB On Stage." The series will run every
Sunday at 4 p.m. between “A Prairie Home Companion” and “All
Things Considered." Evening Star will be part of a regular rotation
of shows. Check our website at: snca.org for updated schedules of when
our shows will air.
We’ll be airing previously taped shows from our live show at
the Sautee Nacoochee Center. Host and audience trainer Andy Offutt
Irwin will begin each show with the theme song and tell a short story
before introducing the featured performer. Irwin will again be a Featured
Teller at the National Storytelling Festival this October.
